I have been walking past the derelict, “Tamerisk” cottage , for many years. I wondered who owned it, and if there were any plans or restrictions to making better use of this building in the concervation area?

“Tamarisk” is privately owned but is completely surrounded by PLPT land. Negotiations have been ongoing for some time to agree on a wayleave which would allow the owner to improve the property.
